What Drives Us

The Gospel

The hope of all Creation is found in the life, death, and resurection of Jesus Christ. This Good News is not only about saving our individual souls from the curse of sin, it’s about redeeming and reconciling all things back to God through Jesus. It’s about getting God’s original design from Creation back on track! The Gospel restores sacred meaning to our human vocation and establishes an eternal Kingdom that we are all called to declare to the very ends of the earth. All our work emerges from this beautiful finished work of Jesus Christ.

Faith & Work

Most people struggle to connect their faith in Christ with their everyday jobs. Work we do for the church is seen as sacred while the work we do in the marketplace is instinctively designated secular. But good work theology is not about applying biblical principles to our jobs and businesses which puts us at the center and God in a peripheral role as coach or advice giver. Good work theology begins with seeing our work as a beloved role within God’s Great Storyline.

Resourcing Missions

Jesus commanded us to make disciples. Our heart is to see the Gospel preached and the Church planted to the ends of the earth, to all nations, and all people groups. We have a passion for the unreached, the areas of our world with no adequate witness of the Gospel. Business as mission is one of the most strategic ways for us to reach them. There are places today where people are born, live, and die without ever having the chance to hear about Jesus. We want to change that.
“If the witch understood the true meaning of sacrifice, she might have interpreted the Deep Magic differently, for when a willing victim who has committed no treachery, dies in a traitor’s stead, The Stone Table will crack and even death itself will turn backwards.”
