BAM COACHING

Together with our partners, we will connect you with expert coaches from retired CEOs of multinational corporations to certified life coaches to CPAs, lean manufacturing professionals, and more. Every coach is passionate about transformational business that is sustainable and intent on seeing the church planted among unreached people groups.

Any engagement begins our coach team lead to determine the scope and needs that your business has. As needed, the coach team lead may connect you with our network of subject matter experts, industry leaders, or coaches with experience in your particular cultural context.

All coaches are trained in the art of listening, asking good questions, and prayerfully walking with you to find the best solution. We believe in coaching the whole person, not only the business. It is our job to ask questions, allow the Lord to speak, bring advice when requested, and encourage you to set the agenda and take ownership of the solution.

Many of our coaches are available and encouraged to visit your place of business onsite. Sometimes this means they will visit for a few days and other times a few weeks out of the year. Depending on your project needs, coaches can be contracted to assist in business development for longer terms.

Peer Advisory Groups are cohorts of 4-10 business professionals who are intent on seeing the church planted among unreached people groups. We encourage everyone to join a cohort of like-minded peers in similar size, location, or industry focuses. For more information, ask your coach how you can join one of these monthly meetings.
